When you receive a maintenance estimate for your property we are going to give you direct access to a vendor and you can call them to discuss the scope of work, the estimate, and the numbers so that you feel comfortable with that maintenance being performed. Have that conversation with the vendor, make an educated decision so that you know what’s happening in your home, and we can proceed and give the residents exactly what they’re looking.
